Having problems converting some videos. The only thing common is that they are encoded with the following: Sorenson Video 3, 320 x 240, Millions+ QDesign Music 2, Stereo, 44.100 kHz The video plays fine in QuickTime yet when I try to convert using Podner I get the processing drop down display for a second then disappears with no converted file or error. Thanks for your help.[/b] |

We tested extensively against Sorenson 3 before release, so that alone is probably not at the heart of this one. It would really help to try one of the files that doesn't work for you on our test Macs here. Can you send a link to one (or the actual file) in an email to support@splasm.com? Thanks! |

ok, sent file. I have many files encoded this way and would greatly appreciate a solution otherwise Podner is really of no use to me. Thanks |

I think I might have figured out what is wrong. I looked at your reply at the topic post: http://www.splasm.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=76 The 'Save As' and 'Export' options are grayed out. |

Thank you for sending over the sample file. You're right - the sample is protected and can't be exported. We are going to do a much better job of detecting this and providing feedback so users don't end up bewildered like this. |
