I'm using Audiobook Builder 1.0.8 and it used to work just fine. I then purchased Quicktime Pro and entered the registration code. I also purchased Flip4Mac and registered it.

Now when I load mp3 files into Audiobook Builder it reads all the mp3 files but when it's finished there are no files listed in the window to be converted. No popup appears saying there was any problem with the files they just seem to be ignored.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards,
Bob

MP3s add properly in our tests here. That could indicate some subtle issue with the MP3s on your end, or the QuickTime components installed there.

Can you reproduce this by trying to add a single MP3 file to your Project? If the file doesn't appear in the Chapters list we'd appreciate it if you would send that MP3 to support@splasm.com, along with a screenshot or complete list of the contents of your /Library/QuickTime/ folder. That way we can try to duplicate the issue here and let you know our findings.

Ok, well I tried adding a single file and that worked so I tried loading all mp3's in a folder and now that works too.

I'm not positive but earlier today I think I received a Quicktime update via the software updater.

Anyway things seem to be working fine now. Sorry about the false alarm.

Bob
