The small check box alongside each entry when reconciling has disappeared
from one of my accounts. All the others are fine. How do I get it back?

When those checkboxes aren't showing, it can mean the Resolved column either became deactivated or that it's hidden outside the main window’s bounds, where you’d have to scroll over to see it. To deal with the former situation, go up to click the View menu at the top of the screen, slide down to hover over “Columns", and look to see whether a checkmark shows beside “Resolved" there—if no checkmark shows, click on “Resolved" to reactivate the column. After that, if you still don’t see the checkboxes, try shrinking down some other columns to make room for them (or deactivating some other columns works, too, while even expanding the window’s width, if possible, could help). To shrink a column, go up to hover over the right-side edge of the column’s header until your cursor changes, then click to drag to the left. (Or, worst case, there’s the Reset Columns option under the View/Columns submenu if you continue to struggle and need to get everything reset back to the default settings.)

Many thanks Allan,

Found the solution under edit menu, although when first opened all entries were greyed out. Restarted the app and all well the second time.

Cheers,

Alan
