I was wondering if there was a way of archiving old data in an account without archiving the entire account. For example, I currently have data going back to 2002 in my accounts. This makes the list of transactions extremely long. If possible, I'd like to archive the transactions from say, 2002-2005, but keep the 2006-present data in the account.

Any relatively easy way of doing this?

Thanks - Steph

Doesn't the new CheckbookPro do this automatically?

Go to Help on the toolbar, type in 'Archive' then click on 'moving entries to a folder'.
Far easier to follow than me writing it all out for you :)
