Hi
I have tried restarting a schedule but it does not seem to work. For example, an insurance scheduled payment is set to run for 12 monthly payments and then it stops. When I then try to enter the new monthly amount and set it to run for a further 12 months it allows me to make the changes but remains at the bottom of the schedule list as 'complete' and doesn't schedule itself for the next month. I have to make a new schedule from scratch. Is this the way it is supposed to work or have I missed something?

Cheers

You should be able to edit the repeat until date and the start date and have the scheduled transaction start over for the new date period. We have run a few extra tests here to verify this is working and so far have not run into your situation. If you don't mind, you could take a couple screenshots of your entry and its schedule options along with a description of your process and maybe we can duplicate the behavior here. You can email us at support@splasm.com.

Thanks!
