I'd like to create a Smart Folder at the All Accounts level that can search for particular accounts. I want to create a Summary that only includes two of my four accounts. Possible?

As an alternative, is it possible to search for empty Category fields and not include those items?

thanks

All Account-level Smart Folders aren't currently capable of filtering certain Accounts. One way to exclude certain Accounts from the Summaries, though, is to lock them with passwords as this hides everything to do with the Account. Or, with using Smart Folders, perhaps you could include unique Account identifiers in the Description field for every Entry to then filter for certain Descriptions (the Account ID's for what you want to see)—if you're not using the Description field for anything now, a multiple Entry Change would be a quick way to add the Account identifiers to all the Entries within.

Also, unfortunately, Smart Folders also aren't capable of filtering out empty Category field items. We'll consider adding these additional filtering options to a future release.

how is this done? when I select more then one entry, the "Change Entry" menu choice is grayed out. Only Type, Category and Mark have a dedicated way to change multiple entries.

Never mind. I was in the All Accounts area when I should have been in a individual account.

Thanks for the suggestions.
