I need to print out some reports for our American Legion meetings but don't want to confuse anyone with the graphs. Is there some way to disable them from appearing on the summary? Thanks

We sorted this out with jwinks via email support, but I wanted to post the answer here to for anyone else who may end having the same question:

At this time, CheckBook isn’t capable of displaying Summaries that lack the bar graph information. For lists of actual Deposits and Debits, you might check out all the QuickFilter options available in the Entry section. To isolate related Entries, use a QuickFilter search by typing into the white Search field at the top of the window. With the QuickFilters, there’s some great custom options, like limiting the data set to a particular date range or searching within a certain field, and those options are available through clicking the magnifying glass that resides in the search field. You can even display totals of anything that’s filtered-out using the Search options, by clicking the word ‘Balance’ at the bottom of the window and selecting ‘Filter Total’ instead. Anything that’s displayed in the register at anytime is what will be printed when you access the Print option under the File menu, so using these options can work in many cases where you need a simple Entry list with totals but can't get that out of the Summaries.
