I still have not heard anything from you on my other post. I need help. I tried making a new account and it worked for 27 entries, then it started acting backwards again, deposits are subtracting and debits are being added. I can't use this program working like that. PLEASE HELP ME!!! |

I had sent you an email yesterday with tips regarding your issue along with a request for a screenshot or two of your issue so we can get a better idea what is happening there. Let us know if you got it. |

I got your email and was gathering the info you needed when I found my mistake I had entered a wrong, which put my register in the negative and I didn't realize it. So, of course the checkbook would work backwards. It was user error, not the software. That would be another good reason to have the balance column change color when it is positive and negative, for people like me. Thank you again for the help and I love your software and glad it was just me. Webwolf |
