| Post subject: | Old entries vanished! |
Over a week ago I switched to a new Macbook Pro and transferred everything from my old Mac to the new machine. I then deleted Checkbook Pro 2 from the old machine. Everything was running fine until this evening when suddenly Checkbook Pro asked me to enter my serial number. Which I did. But all my old entries were not there. I got a blanl new account. I then went in and did what Splasm says we should do to retrieve the old records. From my backup I copied the Accounts.plist file plus the other files in the Preferences folder to the appropriate folders on the new machine. Still nothing. How do I fix this? And why after working fine for a week on the new machine did the software suddenly go rogue on me? |

Splasm support responded and I was able to restore my accounts. |
