Hi I have tried restarting a schedule but it does not seem to work. For example, an insurance scheduled payment is set to run for 12 monthly payments and then it stops. When I then try to enter the new monthly amount and set it to run for a further 12 months it allows me to make the changes but remains at the bottom of the schedule list as 'complete' and doesn't schedule itself for the next month. I have to make a new schedule from scratch. Is this the way it is supposed to work or have I missed something? Cheers |

You should be able to edit the repeat until date and the start date and have the scheduled transaction start over for the new date period. We have run a few extra tests here to verify this is working and so far have not run into your situation. If you don't mind, you could take a couple screenshots of your entry and its schedule options along with a description of your process and maybe we can duplicate the behavior here.
