I have a multi license. I want to merge my wifes checking account on her machine with my checking account from my machine. I only want to use one machine, hers, to manage both accounts. Can this be done?

Not at present, Bill. Best option now is to export your Account(s) to a QIF file and import with CheckBook on her Mac.
