Splasm Software Discussions

I've searched the forums but was unable to find an answer to exactly what I'm questioning. I use the Notes field quite a lot and wanted to know if there's a way for that data to be exported or otherwise viewed and/or saved other than having to open each individual entry and go to the Notes tab. I am already utilizing Type, Category, and Description for other info so it'd be great to access Notes as well. Anyone know if this is possible?

Currently notes does not export with our text export because of the nature of the data. Notes is an expanded field that allows for extra formatting and large amounts of text. This doesn't necessarily translate well into other applications and spreadsheets.

We can look into a more faithful export of the notes field when we implement a CSV option for exporting.

Thanks Randy. Eventually being able to export notes via CSV would be great!
