Am trying to widen the column width for “Type” in the checkbook register. No success. Can this not be done? Appreciate any tips. Lou |

CheckBook should allow you to drag your mouse pointer between most column headers and their right-hand neighbors, making them as wide as necessary. I just double-checked here and the Type column is definitely resizable. Note that column width, column order and sorted column and sort order are all Account-specific, so changing the width in one Account won't change it for any others. Can you try once more to place your mouse pointer between the Type column header and its right-hand neighbor and let us know if the pointer changes to a resize icon and whether dragging rightward results in a resize? |

Or, in simpler terms, just put your cursor arrow over the heading To/From and then slide it slowly to the left. The cursor arrow will change when you are exactly over the field separator. Click and hold the mouse, then move it to the right as much as you want. |
