Hi,

Current user of checkbook and really like it.

Recently we switched from one mac to another and the transition was pretty smooth.

Problem is that when I import a QIF file and it shows the screen where the items are supposed to be entered, the screen is blank.

Does that make any sense?

So anyway, any ideas on how to fix that?

If anyone runs into problems on an import, the best thing to do would be to get a small snippet exported from your bank or other financial application containing a couple transactions. All we need is enough to see the import failure. Once you are able to duplicate the issue with your sample export, you can email it to us at support@splasm.com Once we can duplicate it here, we are already half way to solving the problem.
