Before I purchased Checkbook Pro (about two weeks ago) the Support Dept helped and demonstrated to me how I could create and use two completely separate "Accounts.plists" by using the Menu>Preferences>Advanced selections to move between my two separate "plist" Files..

This works fine, abeit a little involved moving between Files...... however I have a very slight problem in that one of my Files is Password protected and one isn't...

I can move from the Password protected file to the unprotected File very easily and I am presented with the full contents of the File, but when I move from the Unprotected File to the Password protected file all I get is a "blank" File i.e. the Password drop down screen doesn't appear so I cannot access anything.

The only way (for me) to rectify this is to shutdown Checkbook Pro and restart it, then I am presented with the drop down Password screen on start up......
Has anyone else experienced these symptoms and has Support come across this minor problem before ??

We are aware of the issue and will be addressing it in the next big CheckBook release. Thanks for posting!
