Tried to sign into my account - but the OK button is grayed out - and after entering my password, it will not become available to press OK. Need your assistance again. Thanks.

If the OK button is still grey, it means the password CheckBook has stored does not match what you typed. Passwords are case sensitive, so make sure your Caps lock key is not on, and that your Capital letters are the same as when you originally set up your password.

If you still cannot get CheckBook to accept your password, let us know at support@splasm.com and we can send instructions to you on how to uncover what CheckBook is expecting for your passwords.
