I would like to trim down the number of names that appear in the drop down lists when you are making an entry. I've looked and read the forum and help and can't find out how to do it. TIA

The Account - Edit Account appears to only apply to AutoComplete. There are no names showing.

On the menu bar - Account > Edit Account… > To/From (tab)
Edit away!
