When I have all accounts selected and click on Summaries, the program freezes while trying to generate the selected report. I can not select any other reports or create a new one because I immediately get the spinning beach ball of death as soon as I click Summaries. Any suggestions? Is there a way to choose which report will be the default one selected before clicking on Summaries?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to choose a default Account Summary to be brought up when you enter the Summary section--the application will just bring up the last one you had selected.

Global Account Summaries can sometimes take a little while to load. How long do you find that it takes for the "spinning beach ball of death" to disappear?
