Do imports from a Quicken QIF file have to be done on an account by account basis?

Is there trick to restoring transfers in bulk?

FYI - I am trying to migrate fifteen years of data in approximately 50 accounts.

Unfortunately, in order to keep your 50 Quicken accounts separate, you will need to create corresponding accounts in CheckBook and then import each Quicken account individually. So, just select the Account in CheckBook that you will be importing in to and then choose the corresponding Quicken account from the Import Options and repeat.
