Good evening,
I just reconciled my account for the first time and they are greyed out. My question is: is there a way to hide those items that have been reconciled / closed? I am new to the program, and still trying it out before I purchase it. I like the program very much, but I haven't been able to see whether I am able to hide older items or not. I'd much rather not look at them unless they are needed down the road.

Hi Ismael,

Reconciled Entries can be hidden using QuickFilters. To activate a QuickFilter, first, click on the magnifying glass symbol that's on the left-side of the white search-box at the top of the window. Then, from the drop-down menu choose your filter option. Clicking on 'Unreconciled', found towards the bottom of the list, will filter out and show only your Unreconciled Entries.

Keep in mind that a QuickFilter only applies to the section that it's activated in. So, to show only the Unreconciled Entries in both the Entry section and Reconcile section, you'll need to activate it in both places.
