Currently have single license. I have a new second computer needing access. Do I have to pay full price for family or is there a discounted price to upgrade from single to family? |

If it's just for your own personal use, it's perfectly fine to download another copy of the application onto a second computer. However, if you do need a separate license for another member of your family, and purchased directly from us, we can indeed get you a coupon code so that the upgrade is discounted, making it cost only the difference in price between the single license and family pack versions.
