My apologies if this subject is already covered somewhere but I couldn't find it in Help nor doing a search here.

I had created an account for 2012 that had several custom Types defined in it. How can I get those Types to appear in a new 2013 Account without reentering them manually?

Hi,

With your new account highlighted, go to Menubar/Account/Edit Account. In the "Types" tab you will see a little box with an arrow curving down. This is located just below the list of types on the lower right. Clicking on that will enable you to import types from another account.
