I am new to OSX so still finding my way round the OS, let alone individual programs!
I am using the trial version of CheckBook and have managed to import entries from MSFT Money with 100% accuracy.
I can only view a limited number of entries so if I sort oldest to newest I see some entries from 1995 and if I sort newest to oldest I see the last entries from 2011.
Is this a limitation of the trial version or is there a setting for "Show All"?

That is the one and only limitation of the trial. You can view or create up to 50 transactions per account. You can create another account and have a fresh 50 to play with if you like. You can create an unlimited number of accounts.
