I am on a Mac, running Mountain Lion. I downloaded the 2.5.1 update for Checkbook Pro and when I look in my applications folder, it confirms that I am running 2.5.1.

However, when I open CbP, it says I am running 2.5 and would I like to update to 2.5.1. How do I get this straight?

I know this sounds silly, but are you sure that you only have the one copy of CBPro on your hard drive? Could be that you're opening up the older copy. Once again, I know this sounds silly, but this kind of thing happens, especially when the updates are not automatic.

I just started up CBPro this morning and got the message about an upgrade to 2.5.1. I checked the version I was running and it, too, was 2.5.1 but an earlier build than the newer version. Am downloading that now. Perhaps this is what is going on?
