Splasm Software Discussions

I had originally purchased Checkbook a few months ago. About two months ago I got a free upgrade to Checkbook Pro. I just noticed that both Checkbook and Checkbook Pro were in my applications list so I AppZapp'd Checkbook(but did not empty trash). When I opened Checkbook Pro all my entries for the last two months have disappeared. I put all the icons and folders back where they belonged for Checkbook, except for two .plist files I have on desktop which I dont know where they go, com.splasm.checkbook2.plist and com.splasm.checkbok.plist
Does anyone know how I can have Checkbook Pro get back all my recent entries? I tried to have it read from an archive but it pulls up some wierd balance where it says I have 200+ million dollars. Please Help!!!

Try doing a command-F on plist.Z and you should find all of your old Checkbook backups. Copy the newest one, change the name to Accounts.plist and replace the Accounts.plist file that's in the User Application Support file, and it should work.

The Accounts.plist file for Checkbook and Checkbook2 are kept in different places
