I have been using Checkbook 2.5.4 for a month or so and see from usage (and this forum) that Checkbook does not automatically commit a scheduled entry.

What's the point of creating scheduled entries if they do not automatically commit to your checkbook register??

Will an auto-commit option be included in an update anytime soon??

The point of creating Scheduled Entries is to have the application automatically create the Entries at the selected interval. The idea to offer an auto-commit option has come up before, so we're planning on looking into it at some point. To be honest, that feature isn't slated for an upcoming update but it's on our feature request list, so I'd be happy to bump it up the list for you.

It would be nice if there would be an auto commit option. Thanks for the response.
