I dont quite know how to explain this, but for the past couple of times that I've tried to use CB Pro, I can not see entries after I input them. For example, as a test, I put a 1 cent Direct Deposit entry & after I finished, it went to somewhere...? All of the options are checked under View, nothing looks different....I'm at a complete loss. All I know is that normally, I can go in there & enter every transaction for the week or whatever period then see them - actually I could normally see back for months. I think this began when I updated the software.
Can anyone help?? I'd really like to be able to use this program some more.

Click on the search bar top right of the window and at the bottom of the drop down list is the option to Clear Quick Filter Options ~ should fix the problem

Thank you for answering...actually when I go to the search bar at the top right, there is no drop down menu...its just blank and waiting for me to enter search terms. ?? But since my pages are blank, there's nothing to search for. Thank you very much for answering!

[color=#8000BF]If anyone reads this, since the time that I updated the software, I havent been able to see any entries after I submit them. If I go to reconcile or summary, those do appear but it used to be that on the main screen (under "entry") I could type in a date, amount, category, etc. and then it seems to go through, but just disappears. I tried checking all of the columns under view, they're all selected. Is this the way it is set up now or is something wrong? Can you help?

So for example there used to be a running list of things like
July 24th - Shell Station - Gas $24.00
July 25th - Mc Donalds' - Dining - $15.00
Etc. [/color]

What Sue was referring to is the little magnifying glass next to the search field. If you click on that there should be a menu with search options. At the very bottom of the list is 'Clear QuickFilter Options'. Let us know if this helps.
