I have been using CheckBook for a couple of weeks now and it has so far behaved flawlessly. It is the best home accounts program I have found for the Mac. I particularly like the the clear uncluttered layout. I do have a couple of suggestions though for future versions. 1. Once reconciled, entries can too easily be accidentally unreconciled by a careless mouse click, even though they can be hidden. Nonetheless it would be better for entries that are reconciled to be locked, and for warning to pop-up on the lines of: 'Are you sure you want to unreconcile this entry?' to appear. 2. It would be very useful to have the option for scheduled entries to be linked to iCal. Thanks for a nice product. |
