It would be nice to have some standardisation in the overview panel at the bottom of Reconcile register. It is confusing to have the two terms Reconciled and Resolved used when they both refer to the same action- reconcile. Therefore I would prefer to see the term Reconciled used throughout.

Could this and other suggestion/recommendations that have been made be incorporated into future versions - or is this it - the final product?

Still a great product though

We refer to 'resolving' as you checking off your individual entries as they clear real world accounts. Reconciling is looked at as the overall process of getting your numbers balanced with your bank, and not referring to individual entries. So in essence you are resolving entries and reconciling an account. I hope that helps!

Not really. From what you say I am resolving entries as I am reconciling them with my bank statement. So my point is still valid they are the same thing- so just have reconcile. As far as I am aware no other accounts program has resolving and reconciling, quite unnecessary.

I guess you could think of the word 'clear' as to mean the same as 'resolve'. Reconciling can also involve finding amounts that either were missed or do not add up to your current numbers in CheckBook. Having your account reconciled in our terms means to have the difference of your resolved balance and your statement balance equal zero. I apologize if the terms are a bit confusing.
