When I started to reconcile my most recent statement, I started checking items as cleared without clicking the reconcile button and setting the current closing balance. When I went to do that after marking quite a few items as cleared, I entered the current ending balance. That number displayed correctly. When I started marking more items as cleared the resolved balance was not correct. The previous reconciliation date and resolved amount stayed in the form. I can't seem to clear the numbers from the previous reconciliation to start the new one. Can I recover from this? Thanks for any help Linda E |

Just a guess, but you could probably just delete the items in question and re-enter them. |
