Importing credit card data: The only usable option to download from my credit card company - Citicard - is CSV. When I download all the data it appears complete when viewing it as a text file outside CBP. CBP only reads the file as tab-delimited. The initial view of the data in CBP appears complete. But when I apply the transactions, the date on ALL downloaded transactions changes to today's date. :(

First, be sure you're using the latest version of CheckBook Pro (2.7.6) by visiting our site at http://www.splasm.com/checkbookpro/update.html and following the Splasm Store users steps, found toward the bottom of the page. Then, go back through the import again and once you see the window labeled "Import Options", take a very close look at the Data Layout settings that are applied at the top. You'll want to double-check that "Date" is selected up above the dates (and not selected up above any other column), taking care to scroll all the way to the right to check the settings hidden outside the window's bounds. Basically, it's not uncommon for non-dates to be forced into the Date column, thereby yielding strange results.
