Can CheckBook Pro generate an accountant copy ? |

CheckBook Pro doesn't have a Save Accountant Copy option, no. But, one easy way of saving a list of entries in a form that would allow an accountant to view the data would be to print to PDF. Do that by going up to click the File menu, selecting the Print option, and clicking the button marked "PDF". What you see is what you get in any given printout, so you might even choose to isolate just last year's entries, first thing, by clicking the magnifying glass symbol sitting inside the white Search field up top and selecting the Last > Year Search Option. |
