That's a shame you've been dealing with such issues there! But, we've neither seen anything like that happen during testing here, nor have we heard from any other users experiencing anything similar. So, would you be at all willing to gather some details that should help us understand what all is happening behind-the-scenes there, then send them over to us at
support@splasm.com? If so, here's what we'd like to see:
•
A System Information report. To create the report, hold the
Option (⌥) key on your keyboard while you go to the
Apple () menu at the top left corner of your screen and click the
System Information… menu item. Release the Option (⌥) key. When the report appears, go to the
File menu near the top left corner of your screen, click the
Save… menu item, and save the report to your Desktop. Go to your Desktop and attach the report file to your message.
•
Your recent log messages. To gather these log messages, click the
Finder icon on your Dock, go to the
Go menu at the top of your screen and click the
Utilities menu item, double-click the
Terminal icon, and
copy and paste the following command:
log show --info --debug --predicate 'process contains[c] "CheckBook Pro"' --last 14d |gzip > ~/Desktop/Splasm.log.gzip; open -R ~/Desktop/Splasm.log.gzipPress the
Return key on your keyboard and wait, usually less than a minute, until a file named
Splasm.log.gzip is highlighted on the Desktop for you.
Attach Splasm.log.gzip to your same message, alongside the System Information report.
Thank you for your consideration. Once we've received your email with the requested items attached, we'll have a look and get back to you shortly after!
