| Post subject: | scheduled entries enter as "checked off" |
When scheduled entries are entered, they already have a check saying they are reconciled. Is there a way to prevent this as a preference? Now I have to uncheck them before balancing the checkbook with the bank statement to be sure that my balance with each transaction is correct with the statement. Apologize if this has been discussed, but I could not find it. Thanks |

Scheduled Entries will only be marked as Resolved automatically if Resolved status was applied to their corresponding Schedule. So, try clicking the Schedule button down at the bottom of the main window, locating your original Schedule in the list of Schedules displayed there, then double-clicking said Schedule, unchecking the Resolved checkbox, and hitting OK—all subsequent Scheduled Entries created from the Schedule will then appear as Unresolved, initially. |
