Hello, Sometimes (but not always) I am unable to edit the To/From field when multiple entries are selected. I cannot figure out why this is happening. I select multiple entries, then click on the Change button. In the pop-up window, there are choices for which fields to modify. But sometimes the checkbox next to the To/From field is greyed out and I can't select it. What is causing this?

That behavior is typical when the selection contains a mixture of both Debits and Deposits. It's only possible to change the To/From field for multiple entries when they're of the same Kind, basically—either all Debits or all Deposits. This is mainly because there are separate lists maintained for To items (Payees) versus From items (Payers). |
