I have an overdraft account that is linked (by me and the bank) to my checking account. Every time I overdraw my checking, the funds are automatically transfered from overdraft account. At the end of the month (or when I have the funds and remember) I then transfer money from my checking to the overdraft account. All this works fine in CheckBook with one small issue: everything in the overdraft account is a transfer so everything is the same color and it is difficult to tell what is a deposit transfer and what is a debit transfer in the same way as I can with other accounts. I don't know how you would do it, but could there be two colors for transfers ? |

It wouldn't be difficult, but it would insert some additional clutter in CheckBook's preferences to have the extra row and color well. We'll think on it and see what we can do to make this easier in CheckBook 2.0 later this year. |
