Am I going crazy? I used to be able to navigate & enter deposits or debits using only the keyboard. But in the latest version, 2.0.1, it seems like the tab function is partially disabled. So after entering my "date" I cannot tab to the "type", instead skipping to the "amount" entry. Likewise, after entering a description, I can no longer tab to "Resolved" or "Tax-Deductible."

Is there something I'm missing? Now it requires I constantly go back to the mouse which s l o w s the whole process down for me.

Help!

As long as I've had CB, the Type has always been a drop down menu. I've never been able to tab to it. The same is true of the description field. That's also a drop down menu. Previously, when you tabbed into either of those fields was the menu dropping? Having never had that feature, I don't know if I would get used to being able to tab into either of them. Perhaps it is a Preference choice?

Yeah, I've always been able to tab tot he dropdown menu of "Type" or the tick boxes of "Reconciled" and "Tax-Deductable." At least, until this version.

BTW when you tabbed to "Type" you simply used the up or down arrow keys to navigate to another choice. With the tick boxes of "Reconciled" and "Tax-Deductable" you simply hit the space bar to tick.

Sounds like you had full keyboard access enabled before, but no longer do. You can turn full keyboard access on by going to the system preferences, clicking on the keyboard & mouse preference pane, and switching to the keyboard shortcuts tab on the top of the following window. At the bottom of the keyboard shortcuts tab, there is a section on full keyboard access. If you flip the preference to 'All controls', you can tab to all the controls including dropdowns and checkboxes.
