Hello

I have tried to export my accounts, and import them in Numbers. I live in Denmark and our decimal separator is "," but CB exports with a "." as the separator.

When the .txt is imported in Numbers, the amounts get screwed up.

the amount of 1500 looks like this in CB:

$1.500,00

in the exported .txt it looks like this 1500.00

In Numbers it is imported as 150.000

What can I do to fix this?

Are your International System Preferences set appropriately?

I've tried to duplicate this in Numbers '08 here, with my decimal separator set as a comma and my thousands separator set as a period. For numbers that appear as 1500.00 in the text export I get 150000 in Numbers. Makes some sense because the only punctuation is a period acting as decimal separator, interpreted as thousands separator but without enough digits following it to be taken seriously so it's simply discarded. I'm curious to know how your Numbers ends us with 150.000. It could be something in your International or Language & Text preferences in System Preferences but it sounds like those options are set up properly for your region because things display the right way in CheckBook.
