I'm trying to figure this out, but I thought I'd post here to see if anyone else has run into similar issues. I have converted some h.264 video to iPod format using Podner. Encoding is h.264 multipass, quality Best. After copying the files over my iPod now reboots continually. When I connect it to my PowerBook and it gets mounted it will stop rebooting. I assume the iPod doesn't like one of the files?

Any ideas?

There are a few possible explanations for the issue you're experiencing. We would like to work closely with you to resolve it and I think it would be easiest to do this in a phone call. We already have your number from your order details, and we tried to phone yesterday but didn't get an answer. Would you mind if we try again? If you could send over a good time we will call you then, explain our ideas and get started on the easy stuff first.
