Is there a checkbook app (for iPhone or iPad) that will allow entries to sync with Checkbook Pro? I will be traveling for 6+ weeks and would like to keep my Checkbook Pro up to date, but I don't want to take my laptop. I want to record things on my iPad and then be able to export/import the entries when I get home.

Any ideas?

I would think that any iOS app that can export a qif file should do the job. Then import into CBPro. You may have to tweak some things on the CBPro side to get things matched up.
