How do I view all scheduled entries across all accounts? I go to each account individually now but would like to manage them all in one place.

So long as you're using CheckBook Pro, you can select the All Accounts option—something exclusive to the Pro version—before heading to the Schedule menu at top of the screen and choosing the Scheduled Entries menu option.

Hmmm...I know I created Scheduled Entries for a couple of things, but they're not showing up. In fact, the Scheduled Entries list is empty. Or does it only show upcoming entries? Frankly, I'd forgotten which automatic payments I'd scheduled, which is why I was hoping to see all of them in the list so I don't create the same thing again.

Ah, now I see if I slide that Look Ahead cursor over I can see upcoming ones. I guess that will have to do unless I'm missing an obvious menu item.

The Look Ahead setting being too restrictive is a common reason why upcoming Scheduled Entries would be hidden from view. So, you did the right thing by using the slider. That's the easiest way to tell the app how far into the future you want to look—some good news is you only have to adjust the setting once because your latest setting will be saved, which is to say you'll be able to go right back in and see future Scheduled Entries just like you saw upon adjusting the slider.

Thanks for the reply. But just to confirm, there's not a way to see a list (or add to the list) of all Scheduled Transactions that have been created? Maybe I didn't already create the future one the way I thought I did.

Scheduled Entries are all created automatically based on Schedules you have setup. So, if there's anything else you need, you'll want to check out your list of Schedules by clicking the button marked "Schedule" that's down at the bottom of the main window, or going up to click the View menu and selecting the Schedule menu option. Clicking any item and hitting Change will reveal the Start Date, which determines the starting point, whereas the end point is based on various settings that come up after clicking "Schedule" up at the top of the options sheet—for example, with a Schedule set to Repeat Forever, there will be no end to the number of future Scheduled Entries that will be generated, now and going forward.
