So I have set up an account and that was easy. So now I downloaded the OFX from my bank and tried to import it into the register. Nothing happened. I tried a few formats, so is this not a feature? Do I manually fill in all of those transactions? Maybe I am not clear on what this program does? Can you tell me were I am going wrong? RT

We have a fix in the upcoming 2.0.2 to deal with OFX in ASCII instead of Unicode. This may be what you are experiencing with your OFX file. To verify, if you could email us at support@splasm.com with a small OFX with a few entries that exhibit this behavior we would appreciate it. For your privacy, You can open the OFX before you send with textedit and replace any account numbers (numbers next to <ACCTID>) with 1's.
