Hello, I'm a newbie.
My question is where on Lion is CheckBook pro saving the data?
I look in the library folder and I do not see a CheckBook Pro folder.
Any Ideas?

Thanks for your assistance.

I'm not at my Mac right now, but look in the [user name] library, in Application Support, in a Splasm folder. Not the root library. should be there.

Sorry for being dense,

I can not find a library folder under my user name in Lion. It seems to me that there used to be one. I find 2 libraries the first must be at root level and it does not have a folder for application support in it. the second is under the system folder. It does have an application support folder but no Splasm folder.
I also searched for splasm on the computer without success.

I know it's right there but I don't know where that is.
PS thank you for your reply. :)

I'm using Snow Leopard and the account is in

/Users/<your username>/Library/Application Support/Splasm Software, Inc./CheckBook 2

CheckBook 2 does allow you to change the location of the accounts file. If you look under the 'Advanced' tab of CheckBook's preferences it will tell you where your accounts file is saved.

The user library in Lion is hidden.
Hold down the option key while selecting Go on the Finder menu bar. Library will be on the list and you can select it.
